“Lovely cottage in the country”
Reviewed January 22, 2017 for a stay in January 2017

Stayed for 3 nights in January. Weather not ideal but didn't matter as we were cosy and warm inside the lodge with the log burner going. Perfect location, surrounded by beautiful countryside but within easy reach of Cheltenham. Very well equipped with a homely feel. A very relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend.

“what a lovely break”
Reviewed November 15, 2016 for a stay in November 2016

There is nothing negative you can say about this. if you're looking for a break which is tranquil, This is the place. Claire and Jason are great, as someone else said they provide you with some eggs bread and jam etc. The house is really cosy and the wood burner is fantastic in the evening, works well with a small glass.
The area itself around a peaceful wonderful place with friendly people and fantastic views and walks on your door step. You are not far away in the car from various hidden gems.
We took our dog and she absolutely loved it although I apologise to Claire and everyone for her odd barking fits.
we will defiantly be coming back in 2017.

Couldn't fault the lodge at all. Lovely views. Lovely comfortable bed and a fantastic log fire. Driving distance to broadway, stow on the wold and other local attractions. Also the craven arms is highly recommended and in walking distance. The mixed grill was perfect. The dogs on the grounds and very friendly and it felt very private. Would recommend to anyone wishing for a relaxing break.
