Great to have the opportunity to board this magnificent ship and understand some of the workings of its day. The dedication that has been implemented to recreate the decks is fabulous; only slightly marred by the amount of people who only focus on the ‘audio tour’ and don’t look around them somewhat akin to following a satnav! Overall a ‘not to be missed’ activity whatever your opinion on nautical history.

You need to be a bit nimble for this attraction but there is so much to see and learn great for the whole family

Well worth a visit but you need to be fit to go between decks. The children enjoyed looking at all the guns.

This has to be the 3rd time I have now visited. 1st as a child with my parents, then with my kids and finally yesterday as adults only.

The guides are so knowledgable. You must ask them questions they love to share their knowledge. Far better than the audio tour.

A must do for any lad wanting to revisit their youth and the stories we have heard, read & reenacted.

My partner wasn’t that knowledgeable about the historic significance. She certainly was when we left and she so enjoyed the visit.

Of all the places to visit @ the historic docks this is by far the best & a must see. I will be back again, maybe next time with Grandkids hahaha!

Top day. We bought the 11 attraction ticket, online, which, since it lasts for a year is excellent value.
Top tips: Get the ticket
Mind your head - ceilings are low.
Get an audio guide - it's FREE! And it's excellent - fire the laser at the different spots around the ship to be given all the relevant information - we loved it.
Overall - A great attraction, took me back through time, highly educational, not too long, not to short, you are guided through the ship in an orderly fashion by the info points and the roped off areas. Marvellous.
