Cheap & cheerful but great for a night round the town, walking distance to shopping & pubs / clubs. Loads of parking too. One downfall only one plug socket in the room so take an extension lead lol. Only rolled in late so only a couple of hours sleep but late check out of 12pm was a bonus! Would stay again for a night out again

I arrived at the hotel at 10.30 last night after a long drive & I was looking forward to a couple of beers and bed.

I was very disappointed to find reception closed and a note on the door saying the hotel is full and call a number, which I did, I was meet by a nice lady 5 minutes later who gave me a key and pointed me to the room.

Is it normal practice to check guests in, in the carpark?

The room
was as expected but it had been repainted so badly they had paint all over the wall lights.

On check out the gentleman seamed very surprised to be asked for a receipt and was not asked how my stay was.

All in all not a great experience as a guest.

We booked a double room and were given a twin with dirty walls, very grubby bathroom and broken light fitting so could not see anything in the section with hangers for clothes.
The beds at least we're clean. The carpets weren't though! The young girl receptionist friendly.
Couldn't believe that the curtains actually were moth eaten!
Rubbish strewn about outside.
Breakfast was disappointing and we got much better for less money at nearby Wetherspoons
Would never stay again, it is the third time but the others were acceptable.
Please get this 'hotel' refurbished it is a disgrace. Can't expect five stars for the price but cleanliness is a must

Room tip: Won't go there again

Came to hull for a couple of days with the wife , this establishment is very clean and tidy and nice rooms with everything you need , Even though the rooms are a bit dated and only had two plug sockets , it is still very good value for money and well located , would recommend.

The bed was hard and uncomfortable only one socket in the room, cannot charge phone and laptop ect at the same time.,Wardrop was broken, bath had stains at the bottom, booked in and was charged extra for breakfast, we did not want, one way in and out through the back car park, you have to walk all the way round to go into the town center due to them having a front gate which was locked and the drinks were expensive half beer was not half was less was expecting better then this, will not visit this place again

Room tip: Choose another hotel
