Clean, comfortable, spacious room with views of the Humber. Free parking next to hotel. On-line check-in speeded arrival. All staff friendly and helpful without being patronising. A bit pricey, but we were happy with our stay.

Typical premier Inn layout of rooms etc, free parking, 2 minutes walk into the old town.
Out of 5 visits this year the 2nd lift was out of order for 3 of them.
Great views from rooms, helpful staff great breakfast.

Just back from weekend break at this hotel. Cannot fault the staff they were all very courteous and helpful. I couldn’t get heating to work and young lady came and sorted it for me and she also bought a heater to the room. The room was lovely and toasty then. There were lovely fluffy towels and the bed very comfortable. We had breakfast and the restaurant had lovely views over the City and River Humber. We were in room 1006 which was on the tenth floor and again wonderful views over the city and river humber and river hull. You could also see the Humber bridge. The hotel is well placed for the Deep, the old town and the city. The price was also competitive. I travelled with husband and two friends and will definitely visit again.

The hotel is easy to find and there is secure parking underneath, but the car park is not that big. We were allowed to book in 45 minutes early which was a nice touch. The room was clean and perfectly adequate for our needs. We found the staff to be friendly and very helpful and we had a pleasant and relaxing stay. The only slight downside was that as the hotel was not that busy - breakfast was not a buffet, but was done on order. This was not a problem for us, but some people may feel they have paid for unlimited breakfast and that is what they should receive. The shops, etc are a short stroll away which is a bonus. In summary- a very nice stay and we would heartily recommend it.

Room tip: Rooms on the seventh floor are the most convenient as regards the lifts.
