Problems:

The hosts do not like taking payments on arrival, the hosts don't like using the card machine "it is faulty!" Cash only! This causes issue as nobody carries tons of cash around & the next problem is next door neighbour sticks his nose in.

Becasue of these problems I wont be returning!

Sadly there are many good points which the problems outweigh as the basics are the basics.

Been staying The Hazelwood for the last 5/6 years and I can fully recommend it to anyone.
Very friendly owners Bridie and Paul, and now the dog Guiness.
The place is very clean and idealy situated at the north end of Blackpool.
Would recommend from a family perspecive and from a group of lads on our annual trip.
The breakfast is also superb, you get more than enough

In summary totally A1 place to stay - highly recommended
