He was brilliant. Made a great stay amazing. Went out his way to accommodate our choices and is a very friendly nice man.

Hotel was super and the our visit to the National Space Centre was enjoyable. Will visit again

An amazing stay at the Hilton Leicester. Really enjoyed our stay. Excellent facilities and excellent service. In particular Clare (Duty Manager) and Niroj who works in the Restaurant. I would strongly recommend staying here

This was a group family booking over a few rooms to celebrate a 18th birthday on arrival day and a 8th birthday on departure day. It was the most amazing stay we have ever had for the two birthdays, the staff went above and beyond to help make both birthdays extremely memorable and also the staff in the restaurant for both the evening meal and the breakfast as part of the party celebrations we cannot thank everyone enough for really going out off there way to make them both such a wonderful birthday. Thank you

Stayed with a group of friends. Shocked by car park charge. £24 for 12 to 24 hours.
As well away from city centre a car is useful.
Bar prices very steep. Large glass of very mediocre, luke warm white wine £8.60p.
Hotel rooms large but nothing special. Both meals were OK but DIY buffet style.
Staff all very pleasant and helpful.

Great hotel and great team! Always friendly and nothings too much.food was great. Staff were really friendly. Room was really tidy and the bed was really comfy. Best breakfast I've had in a hotel. Takeaway coffee at the end is a great touch.
