Note to self! Check reviews before booking anywhere!! How can a hotel get away it.Obviously we did not actually stay there. The receptionist was taken a back that we were not satisfied with the room and did ask if we wanted to see another room ...we couldn't get out quick enough.Do not be fooled by the advertisement photographs!

This place looks like a homeless shelter or hostel - i cant begin to describe how basic the hotel is. Its just run down and horrible. You can get much better for your money. This is like a relic from the 1970s and they havent spent any money on it since. The restaurant only serves Indian food at night and was totally deserted. Breakfast was in a horrid room off the kitchen ( we could see and hear the staff in the kitchen as they left the door open. The tables were dirty and the food was very well below standard for a truck stop. i sent my fried eggs back as ehy were swiing in grease but were rock hard. The first room we were given the curtains were falling off the rails and wouldnt close, the second room was slightly better but no remote for the TV. The bedroom was clean, but the stairs were so creaky you could hear everyone moving around. the carpets are worn and threadbare, the bathroom was ok but very old fashioned and bit mouldy Wifi was poor in all areas. The car park and street was residential and quiet, but just dont even think about staying here.

Room Tip: Dont stay here -book somewhere else!

This is without a doubt the filthiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Booked last minute, I wasn't expecting much but this was absolutely disgusting. Bed was beyond itchy, sheets and carpets stained. In general the hotel doesn't look like it's been decorated since it opened and the smell of the room is unbearable. I didn't want to risk a breakfast. Stay clear of this one, place is a health hazard.

Ok where to start, booked via booking.com,£49 which I thought was reasonable until we arrived, pungent musty smell, reception was pretty run down as was outside of hotel. We were shown to room 21, well on the way up the stairs I was getting pretty worried, dirty, worn carpets on stairs, wall stained and unclean, room was cold as all windows were open, sheets and pillowcase on bed were stained and soiled plus we found the last occupants rubbish still there!!! Benefit of the doubt I asked for another room, this time room 27 and sadly it was worse, heavily soiled stained sheets, dirty carpets and stained walls!!!
We decided to give it a miss, was offered full refund but had to do it through booking.com and guess what when we did this the hotel refused to pay so lost our money......overall I wouldn't let my dogs stay here..be warned.

Well you are looking at a hotel that is well over due for demolition this place should make a fab carpark.

From checking in to checking out it's been a nightmare
1. The beading was not changed in weeks
2. I didn't expect the TV to work and it didn't !!!!
3. Shower No pressure and cold
4. Filthy marks down the side of the bath.
5. Toilet seat broken with dirty stained
6. Curtains hanging off rails to give that genuine crack den look

This hotel is a genuine bail hostel and crack den
