Stayed one night, my room was upgraded to a king suite (liked that) but would have been very good value anyway. Nice staff and clean. And fantastic location in old central Leics with great bars and restaurants all around. I imagine it could be noisy on some nights, but I liked being in the middle of town

Really enjoyed our stay.Convenient for city centre. Rooms very clean and good size with comfortable beds. Staff extremely helpful. Breakfast had great choice & plenty of food. Recommend for short stay

Room Tip: Family rooms good size with king and single bed. Near student area and city centre so some noise during the night.

The hotel is on the corner of two roads. The room was large, light and airy. There are large windows which allows street noise to interrupt sleep.
No lift.
There are shops and eateries nearby.
The High Cross Pub (Wetherspoons) a vibrant watering hole is nearby.

Stayed for one night whilst attending a party nearby. Staff really friendly and welcoming. Check inn a breeze. Quite a climb to my 3rd floor room, but not an issue for me. My double room was very "compact", was on my own so it was fine, not much floor space for 2 though and the door nearly hit the bed when opening.
Decent TV, wardrobe space and tea making facilities. Bed fine, bathroom clean. Served it's purpose for what I needed. I didn't bother with breakfast so couldn't comment.
Location is perfect for the city centre, right in the middle.
