I stayed in room one, which is a twin bedded room. A bit small for two people, but as I was there on my own it was perfect. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. It was nice to have a double duvet on the bed as single ones can be too small. There was tea and coffee making facilities, chocolates and biscuits. In the bathroom there was soap, shampoo and shower gel.
Jackie and the staff were lovely and breakfast was first class, with a good selection of cereals etc. Fresh coffee and cakes were available in the lounge at any time. Lots of very nice touches. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Lincoln. Well done to Jackie.

Room Tip: I think other rooms would be quieter as mine was half way up the stairs so all other guests had to pass.

Stayed at South Park for a week over Easter, we had room 4 which is a good size room with a very large shower. Jackie, the Manager, went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and her breakfasts are great quality and nothing was too much trouble for her. She made us feel very welcome and we would not hesitate to stay there again when we are back in Lincoln.

If you are visiting Lincoln we would recommend visiting the castle and cathedral. At the castle it was amazing to see the Magna Carta and in the summer you can also see the doomsday book, we will be visiting again later in the summer.

Room Tip: Room 4 is the largest but at front of building, some traffic noise but did not interrupt our sleep

Lovely and clean. Owner, Jackie, was welcoming and friendly. Nice little touches such as fresh coffee, tea and cakes available in lounge all day. Room was great, I had a huge double bed. Free wifi. Breakfast was fantastic

Room Tip: Quieter rooms at back of house away from road

At arrival you must lift a phone for receiving instructions where you can find the key of your room. Until breakfast no staff member is seen. We stayed 4 nights (from the planned 5) and when we left we still had no clue who was in charge. Our room (2) was small, too small for a 5 days stay for two persons with even limited luggage. Besides the room was noisy by the traffic, that's why ear-plugs were presented. The room was clean as was the guest house.Last but not least: the breakfast was excellent.

Room Tip: Maybe a room at the back side is less noisy.

This must be one of the best B&B anywhere. Excellent rooms, very good specification, great sleep quality and fantastic breakfast. This is just a great place to stay. Jackie and Sally thank you.
Walking distance to the centre with plenty of information about what and where to visit available.
