Stayed for the semi-cup final against Stoke. James and his family were so warm and welcoming even though we were away supporters! Rooms were perfect, even though not en-suite this was not a problem as bathroom were clean and towels provided. James said rooms will be en-suite by next year :) overall had a lovely stay and plentiful breakfast! Thank you so much!

We stayed here this past Saturday. James was absolutely fantastic and made our trip that much better. He ensured we were comfortable, safe and had what we needed. He went above and beyond to make sure our time in Liverpool was great! The B&B is clean, spacious and in a great walking distance to Anfield. It is a two minute walk from the 12th Man which is another fabulous pub with amazing staff! You can catch the 17 bus which is metres away from the B&B too, which will take you right to the city centre. I hope we will be back some day! High recommended.

My mate's band was playing on County Road Walton on the Sunday before the Bank Holiday. I searched online for a B&B in the area and the Anfield B&B came up. The reviews were good so I thought I'd give it a go. James the owner was brilliant from the point of booking to us leaving this morning. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfy. There were nice people staying in there too. We got a great nights sleep and there was nobody being rowdy or loud. The jewel in the crown was the breakfast in the morning. Instead of being force fed a fry up, there was 4 choices of cereal and 3 different juices. Bread and pastries and different jams and marmalade. Then you had a choice of scrambled eggs or boiled or fried. It was great. A leisurely breakfast not a conveyor belt breakfast. We will definitely be staying there again. James and his family are great. Thanks Helen & Carl
