Well located and well priced designer hotel. Rooms are not too large however bed was comfortable and shower (only - no bath) was good. Free mini bar makes a nice change.
All in all a very nice hotel for a short stay.

hotel was very modern.on arrival at 4.15 our room wasnt ready so we were allocated another.room was clean ,quite small but everything you needed.free mini bar and nice toiletries.iron ,ironing board and good hairdryer.breakfast was great all you could want and eat ! the only thing wrong was the way breakfast was set out ,it got really congested.the hotel was in a great location for shops, albert docks, museums and pubs.car park was £10 for 48 hours [which was just at the back of the hotel].great place would definately go again.

I have stayed in expensive hotels all over the world, but I can't top this little gem of an hotel with a fantastic reasonably priced restaurant, great room design and fantastic price. The beds are also one of the best I have slept in.
To be honest I wasnt expecting too much from this hotel on booking as the deal was so cheap.
But I was amazed by this little gem, I would definately book there first if I am ever in Liverpool again. The staff were also very attentive, helpful and professional.
I couldn't find any fault with this hotel and this stay as made me re think my policy of only staying in expensive well known hotels. I will recommend to everyone you deserve it...well done Indigo.

We had a travelzoo offer £99 for hotel stay, 2 course dinner in marco pierre restaurant, welcome gift and cocktails. The hotel was fantastic, really clean and modern and everything you could need, down a plug socket next to the mirror. The food in the restaurant was beautiful. I would strongly reccomend this hotel!

Room Tip: If there is a group of you travelling ask for interconnecting rooms!

We stayed here for 3 nights in February. The rooms are bright, extremely clean and have extra touches like the mini bar and robes. The room was a little warm at night (we switched the air con off as it was a bit noisy) but the beds were very comfy and we slept well. It was so quiet in our room you wouldn't have thought there was anyone else staying in the hotel! The staff were helpful and always smiling.
We were there on the morning when Leap 5 (“Amazing hotel, let down by the breakfast.”) reviewer was there, we had already been seated when the queue started to grow and we can understand their negative comments. However, credit to the hotel, the next morning extra places had been laid at breakfast and even though it was busy, there were no queue's or delays to speak of at all. We ate in the MPW restaurant one night and the food, service and atmosphere were great.
The location as many have said is brilliant, only a few minutes walk from many attraction.
Overall we had a fantastic stay in Liverpool at the Indigo, would recommend it and will certainly stay again.
