We have been trying to book our experince with Double Tree by Hilton Hotel & Spa Liverpool for several days.
Not only can appointment only be booked from 9-5 Monday to Friday which is appalling for a hotel but they are refusing to take our booking by phone as they have no idea what to do. They say that it mist be booked via Virgin direct as they havent got a clue what to do.
at £200 for a night this is atrocious service and double the price for the same hotel booked online
