We had a mini vacation at the hotel - it is absolutely a wonderful stay with kind and professional service. The hotel is renovated to present high standards. It is situated I the nicer part of London close to Baker station.
So no old stuffy rooms.
See you again.

This is a little boutique hotel on a quiet street in a very nice area, close to many great places to visit. The staff was welcoming and very available to help send us off in the right direction. The rooms are small but well-appointed. We were there during the hottest days of the summer and fortunately the room had air-conditioning.

Room tip: Higher floors have less noise.

We visited this hotel as they have a fantastic walk in humidor. The selection of cigars and the tasting lounge are out of this world. It is so nice to find a hotel that still caters for this type of hobby. The rooms are fitted out to a high level and are very comfortable a reasonably priced .

We were here for two nights at the end of a trip and have good and bad things to say...
First the good: Wonderful location - close enough to everything we wanted to see and do, fun neighbourhood with character, and still not in the thick of the touristy area. Close to several tube stations as well, making it convenient. The hotel itself and our room was quite nice. Well appointed bathroom, great shower with lots of hot water and strong water pressure. Lovely thick towels. Comfortable bed, good WiFi, in-room safe and mini fridge.
Like other reviews, we found the automatic service charges off putting. Enough about that.
We had trouble with the temperature in the room, and after reporting it to the front desk we went out for a while. Upon our return we were told it had been fixed, however the solution was to turn the air on and when it started to get too cold, turn it off - there was no way to adjust the temperature warmer and that wasn't ever fixed, and it what we had asked to be fixed. We also found the prices in the bar and restaurant high, and the service was slow and felt indifferent. It almost felt like because the tips were automatic, servers didn't care to earn it.
The staff was friendly however, and location and amenities were good.

Dear Suzanne_baal,
Thank you very much for taking the time to
review No. Ten.  I'm very sorry to hear that there were some issues with
your stay.  I will certainly look into the air-conditioning to make sure
that it is working how it should be. Whilst we do add service charge
automatically, it is optional and we would be happy to remove it if a guest
requests it.
Despite the mixed experience, I'm glad that you
enjoyed the room and the local area.  We are part of the "Baker
Street Quarter", which includes a great selection of local attractions and
events in Marylebone area, and is definitely worth a look if you are visiting
the area in the future. I hope to see you back at No Ten soon. Kindest regards, Warren

This is a small hotel in central London. It is located in a very quiet street but close to many touristic attractions. It is good for leisure and business. The room was very nice, large and clean and with all you may need. It had electric sockets for non British standard plugs which is always very convenient. The WiFi was free in the complete building and with no apparent limitation in the number of devices. The bed was large and extremely comfortable providing top quality sleep. The bathroom was large and clean. There were the usual amenities. A point for improvement could be the replacement of the somehow old fashioned bathtub for a modern walk-in shower as the tub was really a bit too high.
Breakfast was good, one of the best eggs Benedict I have tried, in the small restsurant they serve a short bur tasty assortment. I liked the squid salade and a brilliant fondant of chocolate.
Staff was very kind and competent. I found the price high, but this is London.
