I have been going here a lot since they opened almost a year ago. They serve traditional Portuguese food which tastes fantastic and I used to go once or twice a week at lunchtimes. However I have noticed the place go down hill in terms of service. You used to be served really quickly but now you normally have to wait quite a long time to get your food (not ideal when you are pushed for time at lunch), they often get the order wrong and the last 3 times I have been there, they have tried to overcharge me. It's really disappointing as I love this place and have encouraged a lot of people to go here, but clearly something has gone wrong and there don't seem to be any efforts by management to fix the issue. I go back every month or so now to see if it has improved, but so far I have seen no improvement. A real shame as this was a favourite.

We had found it difficult to find a decent authentic Portuguese restaurant in London online but Caco was a real find. Delicious espathadas and starters - excellent value for money. Will definitely be going again!

The place is relatively new, the ground floor is mainly take out, and the basement is served dining room the kitchen area - we were concerned about the cooking smoke, but they have a good aspiration system and there was no problem. The place is welcoming and has a pleasant aspect, was not crowded, we understood it was the first day they were serving in the new dining room - the service was very friendly and efficient. The food was excellent, the espetada we got (both beef and tune) were very tasteful and perfectly cooked, I also enjoyed their lemonade and their pastel de nata. With soft drinks, in three our bill was £ 84, including a 10% service charge - on the expensive side for a lunch, but we had a good time.
