“Look no further. The only place to stay in Soho!!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 2 February 2012

My wife and I booked here because of the good reviews and the location, right in the middle of all the action. What a find!! This is definately my favourite place to stay in London. Can't say enough about the staff and service - I stay in in 5 star hotels all over the world for business and the staff here are better than all of them. Super friendly and super helpful. We booked a Bigger Room on the 2nd floor facing Dean St. No problems with noise at all. Room was huge for London standards. The 4 poster bed was huge and extremly comfortable with top quality linen. There's a clawfoot bath by the window, free WiFi, flatscreen TV with satellite chanels, bose ipod docking station, fridge and minibar with a few freebies. The bathroom has a heated floor with great rain shower. My wife loved the cowshed products that much that we are now getting them sent home from London.
There's only 2 rooms on the floor we were on and I'll be booking both of them for our next trip with the kids.
This is the only place to say in London if you enjoy the nightlife, better than what you'd get it hotels charging twice the price.

Room Tip: Bigger rooms are well worth the extra

Absolutely wonderful stay - exquisitely styled rooms, amazing shower with fab products, humongous bed with sumptuous duvet and pillows. Cracking location in the thick of the action but wonderfully quiet. 100% recommended for a city break.

This is just about my perfect hotel. Small, charming, cool and with incredible staff. The location is excellent for the West End and the all-day dining room means that you can eat and drink when it suits. We had dinner, late-night drinks and breakfast - all in our less than 24 hour stay. Food was great, cooked and served with confidence.
Impressive room with big comfy bed, bath in the room and separate shower room stocked with thoughtful goodies (biscuits were fab, too). But it really is the staff and the service that make this place. The attention to detail comes from the top but it would be nothing without well-selected and trained staff to carry it through and they actually look as if they are enjoying themselves! Go and enjoy - we did.

Stayed at Dean Street for a few days after Christmas. The location is ideal - several excellent restaurants within a short walk (e.g Nopi, Yauatcha); and the hotel restaurant was very good as well.
The staff was very helpful in providing directions and best way to get our destinations (walking, tube, taxi) - museums, shops, etc and they had good recommendations for good local places. The hotel and restaurant had a nice vibe without being pretentious.
We stayed in the well described "small room". It was cozy but fine, the bathroom worked well - large "rain" shower -- and was teeming with fun cow shed toiletries, the bed was comfortable (it needed to be as it takes up most of the bedroom.)
We look forward to going back.

I stayed here for a weekend in November with friends and it was lovely. The rooms are very cosy and bathrooms have the sumptious cowshed products (bring empty bottles with you as you are allowed to fill them up). The staff were very friendly and helpful the location is (to me)the best for sampling the cool bars and nightllife of soho and the outside tables with heaters are wonderful to sit under in any weather and watch the world go by. Despite the townhouse being in the centre of Soho the rooms were wonderfully quiet. This place is really more of a guesthouse than a hotel and the only downside is you can't get a drink after hours despite it having a huge bar! The mini bar in the room is not stocked very well (a couple of beers 1/2 bottle champagne and soft drinks) and it's a bit of shame being in Soho and not being able to get a drink. I will definitely stay here again but will bring some wine for an after hours drink.

Room Tip: Bring some empty bottles for the cowshed products (which they allow you to do!).

This perfect little townhouse hotel in the middle of Soho was exactly what we had hoped for. The medium room was just the right size, the beds were the best, and there was a wonderful relaxed un-hotel like air all the time. The dining room next store is very good, quite cozy, and we enjoyed having our sons meet us there each day for breakfast. As a club member my rates were very reasonable, but even if you're not the regular rates are still a good value. I recommend Dean Street to anyone who
likes a quiet boutique experience.

Stayed here to celebrate an anniversary. My partner had visited the townhouse on a business trip. We stayed in room 17. Fantastic rooms, with very comfortable beds...I would go as far as to say that the beds were the most comfortable i had slept in- in London. SKY + available in the room. Wonderful shower- although the bathroom was a tad small.

The reception staff were very helpful and i would certainly stay here again. The bar/restaurant next door can get very busy and my only gripe was that we were even unable to get a coffee. I would expect as a resident to at least gets drink.

So in summary - wonderful room , nice staff, great location.
