Very nice location for this hotel. The reception girls were very friendly and professional.
The room was a bit small, but very clean and nicely decorated. I really appreciated the fact we could put the heat on very easily (like at home) whereas it's not possible on most of other hotels which have the same temperature everywhere.
I will definitely come back!

This was my second, week-long stay at the Beaufort and I was just as impressed the second time as I was the first. We had a lovely room and quality treatment. The staff are extremely kind and attentive--always pleasant and will do anything to help. The breakfasts are served in the room with fresh flowers and wonderful food. The lounge is very home-like and a great place to meet interesting people from all over the world. Complimentary beverages (including great champagne) are available from 5-11 PM along with snacks, giving one the feeling that he/she is in their own living room. Great to have a drink there before dinner or a play. One feels well taken care of and that they have a safe, quiet, respectful spot in the middle of a lovely but hectic shopping area which includes Harrods and lots of neat smaller shops. Restaurants are plentiful and the tube is a short 2 blocks. I will always stay there when I am in London. It feels like home.

I spent 6 nights at the Beaufort and enjoyed my stay there. The staff were very helpful and polite. My room was large and well appointed with ample light and windows. The location in Knightsbridge was perfect for me and being only 1 block from Harrods and Brompton rd you'd never know as it is located in a very quiet street away from the hussle and bussle. I would definitely stay there again but on a lower floor than the 5th because the lift only goes to the 4th floor and I am not fond of stairs.

Room Tip: Take a room on floors 1-4

This was my second time staying at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised with the change and feel of my room. My first time I was in room 8, which is very small and right outside of the lobby. This time I was in room 42 and it was so much larger, wonderful windows for light and a huge bathroom. I really liked it. The staff is very pleasant and had nice recommendations for dinner in the area. I love the complimentary wine and snacks at the end of the day! It was a great way to relax in comfort at the end of a long day. The location could not be better, it is just a block from the Tube and Harrod's. I will be back.

I never write reviews but I felt incredibly ripped off by this hotel and wanted to warn others.

The street its on is adorable, the lobby was nice enough, and the few staff members were well-meaning, but not well trained. Payment for the room was required in advance upon check-in; I assume now it's because they're used to people checking out early/demanding refunds. "Room service" was a joke, literally not edible. There is an old elevator that holds "1 person with luggage" or 2 people.

Overall, this is a bare bones hotel with cheap, all beige decor, and basically no service. This is all fine but they should be charging motel prices. I would never stay here again.

Perfect location for a short break. The rooms are confortable and clean although a little cold during the night. The breakfast is OK but not amazing.

We stayed in room 8, a stones throw from reception, embarrasing when you opened the door to collect the breakfast tray and people in reception could see you. The room was tiny and definately over priced for the amount of space, but the bathrobes were a nice touch and the bed was comfy. The biggest problem was the paper thin walls, you could hear everything, ALL night, from the annoying cough of the night porter, the piano music in reception and then people leaving the hotel from early in the morning. I can't comment on the other rooms, but a complimentary bar doesn't make up for a night in the noisey room (as described by the receptionist when I complained). Don't stay in room 8 if you appreciate space and you haven't packed ear plugs!
