What an amazing hotel!!!
From the minute we arrived we were treated first class and so welcomed with a glass of prossecco each and a complimentary upgrade to the 5th floor junior suite overlooking china town.
Beautiful room and all the lovely little extra gifts including room decorated with balloons and petals for husbands birthday was such a fantastic touch. We was blown over.
Comfortable bed, great amenties and loved the little extras like pillow spray and lip balm with chocolates in the organza gift bags was class.
Hankies indian street food restaurent adjoining the hotel.....Just Wow!! Amazing food and reasonably priced for London.
Lots of pubs like the st james Tavern great for a drink. Close to both Piccadilly circus underground and Leicester square both take you towards Euston.
Great stay all round. Thx again to staff for making it so special

My daughter and I stayed here when we went to see Les Mis. The hotel is a couple of hundred yards from the Queen’s Theatre and across the road from Chinatown; it couldn’t have been better located for a night out in the West End.
Our room was compact but had everything we needed - it was very clean and the bed was comfortable! The bathroom had a great shower and Elemis toiletries (nice touch!).
The staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful.
We had a lovely stay and will definitely come back again.

I booked a room for the wrong week (my mistake). At first a member of staff looked if there were any available rooms, which there wasn't, and told me I couldn't be refunded as I booked through booking.com. A more senior member of staff however, went above and beyond in order to find me a hotel for the night by ringing several other hotels. All I had to do was pay the difference- so I didn't lose any money! I am so grateful for his time and assistance.

My friend and I stayed at The Piccadilly London West End as we had tickets for The Motown Experience at the Shaftesbury Theatre, to celebrate her birthday. We were greeted on arrival with a glass of Prosecco, such a lovely touch as we waited for our room. We were upgraded to a room with two double beds, and the room was decorated with balloons and petals, and a large slice of birthday cake! The service throughout our stay was impeccable.

We were a short 10 minute walk from Oxford Street, so popped out to do some shopping. We came back to the hotel to freshen up, and then a 10 minute walk for a pre-theatre meal and then the theatre. The hotel is in a perfect location.

The next morning we popped downstairs to the spa, and treated ourselves to a steam and sauna. After checking out we went to Hankies restaurant within the hotel. The food was wonderful- tapas style Indian food so tasty and original. We had the most perfect stay and will definitely be visiting again. A must stay!

Having had to cancel holiday booking because of the snow ! We made a last minute booking at the Piccadilly. It certainly made up for the holiday cancelled. When we checked in we were greeted with friendly staff and prosecco ! Advised them it was my 40th birthday that went out of way to help celebrate. We were upgraded to a four poster suite and they had decorated room with balloons, flowers and cake. The staff made us feel very welcome. Their knowledge of the location and recommendations of restaurants etc helped a great deal. The hotel is perfectly situated for easy walking distance to China Town, Leicester Square and perfect for the theatre lovers. We will return.
