This is my second time at this hotel. The room is small and the twin beds are tinny but it’s ok to stay a couple of nights. I asked room service and the food is nice, I can’t say the same about breakfast, which I though was poor for a 4 star hotel. If you don't want to eat in the hotel there are several restaurants in the area

Room Tip: As in any where in central London, it's abit noisy, so if possible choose a higher floor

My partner was staying here on business for a week and I joined him for a couple of nights.....and so glad I did. We are regular Visitors to London but this is definately the best Hotel we have stayed in. We were lucky enough to have a Room on the 7th floor for the 2 nights I stayed which gave us access to the Club Lounge and had great views over the City, but the best thing about the Lounge was Oliver. What an asset to the Hotel - so passionate about his job and the Company he works for and went out of his way to make us feel so welcome. All of the Staff on Reception, concierge, the restaurants and the Pine Bar were also friendly and professional.
We can't wait to come back and are already scouring Travelzoo for special offers - Top class accomodation in London that will be hard to beat!

This hotel was booked for me by NDL and it was very impressive. Situated on Grosvenor Square it was has a nice view but is also within a few minute's walk from Bond Street tube station, Regent and Oxford street for shopping and from Marble Arch for access to Hyde Park area. The reception area is beautiful with marbled floors, old fashioned lifts, comfortable seating area and a lovely chaise longue. As we were checking out a waiter was offering complimentary canapés. The only down side I would say was the noise through the night but that's just London.

Room Tip: Rooms at the front get a very pleasant view but noise from the traffic.

The Millennium Mayfair Hotel in London is a very good choice, if you have a short business trip in London. The location is perfect, 3 min. walk from Oxford str. and easy access to the tube.
The rooms are large and comfortable and the service is very good, specially the Front desk and the Concierge.
The only problem is the housekeeping, they delayed in making the rooms.

Room Tip: I would like to thank Mr Giuseppe Cesaro - Duty Mngr for his excellent professional attitude. With his kindness and efficiency he helped me a lot and made my stay easy going, as I had a large group with me. Gracie Cesaro xxx

We loved the Mayfair London location and meeting Colin, Mikee and Ian. Colin's hospitality was very much appreciated and we can't wait to return to London for more shopping.
