comfortable, welcoming hotel with good breakfast. 10 minutes walk to Kings Cross and Russell Square underground. Plenty of restaurants and bars close by. But there are no lifts. Room small but very clean with comfortable bed

Returned here after an eleven year hiatus. The rooms have been updated and while last time we had a large room to quarter a family, this time we just had a queen sized room. A short climb to the second floor...there are no lifts....and our room overlooked the park across the street. There was an electric fan which was helpful as it was a warm spell in London. The room was small but adequate and the larger bed was appreciated. Only complaint was the noise bed legs made on wood laminate floor....they updated their flooring and in past years used to have carpet, which would be a noise buffer. Breakfast is super! As good if not better than 11 years ago. Their French press coffee is like velvet. The front desk staff was very helpful and cordial. Andrew, the owner, is such a gentleman and most pleasant to converse with. I’ll be back!

Been here for business visit to London. Hotel is clean and with the basics of a 3 star hotel. Room was very small but ok if you don't need to spend time there. Breakfast is ok, very basic with ok ingredients. Good value for your money.

It is a very nice hotel in central London, just a few blocks from Russel Square, Euston and King's Cross stations. It is surrounded by nice restaurants and a small shopping center.
Everybody was very nice, it was clean and the breakfast was great.
