Lovely Easter dinner. Upon arrival we ordered champagne. We noticed all other guests were receiving a pink drink prior to dinner. I asked the server and he informed me it was a complimentary drink with slow gin and elderflower. I thought he would bring us one as he was everyone else, but he never did. Hmmm... For starters we had the olives and rosemary bread. Both delicious! For entrees I had the halibut and my husband had sea bass. Again delicious! We also tried the truffle Mac & cheese (not a fan) and smoked potato and gruyere croquettes (yum). Of course we were too full to indulge in dessert, but it did look wonderful.
