Stayed in this hotel for one night in January 2012 and was pleasantly surprised. I booked a single room which was located a short distance away from the main hotel in a separate building, which had been split into six apartments. I've stayed at hotels where the "off site" rooms have been very shabby but I was pleasantly surprised here. My room with en suite bathroom was decorated and furnished to a high standard and was clean and comfortable. Naturally enough, being a single room, it was quite small but I've stayed in so called double rooms in Central London that weren't much bigger.

Breakfast was a simple buffet; not a huge choice on offer but well presented. The staff were very helpful and friendly and when I checked out, I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel for most of the day while I was on business. The location is perfect; only 30 minutes from Heathrow and a slightly shorter time to Central London. There are two tube stations within 5 minutes walking distance (Turnham Green and Stamford Brook), and an extremely good choice of restaurants and pubs in the local area. I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone. I will definitely stay there again the next time I'm in London.

Having worked in hotels as a General Manager, this as my first stay in one since comming out of the industry. And I must say i was greatly surprised.

The staff are warm hearted and cant do enough for you, the room was spacious, clean and warm.

Well done to the Manager and his team, you have a great product.

Stayed 3 nights between Christmas and New Year. Really appreciated helpfulness and friendliness of staff. On arrival we were told that even though we could have the first floor room we booked that there was a larger room on the ground floor but with no view. Seeing as it was winter and the sun only appears occasionally between 8am and 4pm we figured forget the view. Good decision - the room was very large with a huge bed and 2 armchairs, big bathroom with shower/bath and lots of room to move. Basic accomomdation but clean and cheerful. When checking out we left very early - putting our bags into storage for the day. Again the great staff were so helpful and even allowed us to add our daughters bags later in the morning. When we were picked up by a relative later that day the staff offered him a tea/coffee before the long drive back. You don't see that very often. Hotel is in a great location for sight seeing in London - just a quick tube ride away. Some great restaurants - Quantas for lovely french food and Lara's for yummy turkish food - lots of interesting shops along the high street as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: Room 7 on the ground floor is huge and no stairs involved!

Booked hotel as we wanted a hotel with a free car park and near a tube station. Hotel at top of M3 and choice of two tube stations within 5 minutes walking distance. We used Stamford Brook as in zone 2. 30 minutes into London city centre.
Hotel staff extremely helpful and friendly, we had requested ground floor room and this was honoured and it was a nice large room.
Breakfast adequate, no fresh fruit only tinned and no bacon. Unlimited hot drinks available all day from lounge.
Free WiFi also computer in reception.
Stayed 2 nights and we will stay here again.

Room Tip: Front rooms can be noisy due to main road.

Stayed here for one night whilst on a business trip. The staff were friendly. The room was comfortable but basic. This hotel is ideal for a short trip to London as close to tube, M4 and trendy Chiswick shops, restaurants and bars.

A good value hotel with car park, but again a fine line between "Very Good" and "Average".
We have stayed several times and have found the location very convenient for M4 connections and easy for tube connections to city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but vary in size. Those on the 2nd floor in main building have low headroom with intruding eaves and some rooms (eg 32) have an unbelievably small en-suite shower/toilet.. Rooms in the Annex are better. Friendly and helpfull staff. Breakfast is at best "economy" with budget fruit juice and bread; tea/coffee via a machine which (for tea at least) dispenses tired hot water. Breakfast sitting in the rear conservatory on a sunny morning is very pleasant.
This is not 5-star, but is perfectly adequate. Good range of restaurants within easy reach - 5 minutes walk will find plenty.
