“brilliant location”

We stayed here as part of a superbreaks package and found it to be ideal for our needs. Bedroom was small, but not as small as i was expecting after reading some of the reviews. We found it to be clean and pleasant. If you are looking for somewhere, with no frills, just to rest your head after a busy day in London i would definalty recommend!

Hotel located in a good place Earls Court. Near you can find many pubs and good shops. Walk to the tube 5 minutes. Room was very very small. I live there with my friend and we meet head-on all the time! But we paid for this a good price - about 50 pounds at night. And I think it's a good option for this price.

We don't need much space in a hotel room, but this was ridiculous: it was so cramped, there wasn't anywhere to lie the suitcase! The TV was fuzzy, so we couldn't watch it, the bed was small, the pillows were hard and lumpy, the shower was so slow it was just like being dribbled on, and even though we turned our radiator off and opened the window (in the middle of winter) it was so unbearably stuffy in the room, it was impossible to sleep. Finally, when we asked to leave our suitcases somewhere on the last day, so we didn't have to carry them round with us, we had to pay for the privilege. Only advantages of this hotel are the location, which was fantastic, and the lobby, which was really beautiful (perhaps next time we'll ask to sleep in there....) Don't think we'd go back, especially not at their normal advertised rates (we got a special offer).

Room Tip: Try another hotel!

We booked this based on price and location, we got the room at a good rate and only needed somewhere to rest our heads for the night after we had been to a show and was catching an early flight from Heathrow.

Location wise it was spot on, a 5 min walk from Earls Court tube station. We took the Picadilly line from Kings Cross to the hotel, then again the next day to go straight to Heathrow.

Room was on the small side and walls in the room were very thin, we had a loud oriental family next door that kept us awake til early hours but after a while a swift bang on their wall and they stopped. There is a bit of street noise if your at the front of the hotel.

The decor is a bit rubbish, bed was hard and not the biggest bathroom in the world - we didn't really give much thought to this though as the room was well equipped and clean, after all we only needed somewhere to rest and freshen up for the night - would not recommend it for more than a night or two at the most.

Some nice restaurants and pubs just round the corner, and a only a few stops away from Covent Garden and Leicester Square.

For the price I think it was alright.

The room we stayed in was very small. When you had to brush your teeth your bottom would come out from the toilet when bending above the sink. :) Hotel hallways were too very small and shady.. The street was pretty and so was the hotel from the outside. Earls court metro station was near, that was good.

Booked into Enterprise Hotel as a change from where we had originally booked. Reception was clean, most of staff were friendly and helpful. Room was tiny. 3 adults in 3 single beds, left very little room for our 3 large suitcases and 3 carry ons. Initially the room was quiet, but once people moved in upstairs, and next door, could hear them moving about. Reported to reception that could hear a large amount of noise from what sounded like a child jumping from bed to floor constantly. I was told that reception would look into it. Nothing changed. Wifi was charged for usage. Had no problems with shower as reported in previous posts.
Location was great, 2 mins from Earls Court Tube, and walking distance to Kensington High Street.

This is not a cheap hotel and for the price there are certainly better quality hotels out there, you just have to find them.
First impressions of the reception area and looking through to the dining area are great, it's not ultra modern, but looks good enough to lead you into false hope about your room.
This is shattered the moment you enter the lift, which if like me, you are on the 4th floor will take a while and when you arrive the lift is not quite sure what floor you are on.
As the door opens you are faced with a corridor, which as you step out into the darkness a sensor will pick up that you are there and the lights will come on - I am all for saving power, but not in a hotel. The corridors are dingy and creaky, in fact the whole hotel is creaky.
Once in my room, having been upgraded to a family room, I found a single bed, about a foot off the ground and a double bed a tiny amount higher.
The bedding was clean - which is a must in any hotel, however the bed covers were faded and didn't match, the room was very shabby and in desperate need of money being spent to bring them into the modern age, maybe even splash out on a carpet without holes!
The bathroom smelt of mold and had many broken tiles and luckily thanks to another review on here I got the shower to a temperature that didn't peel my skin off.
Once you get past the state of the room and say to yourself, "well at least the bedding is clean", then I am sure you will be fine, and like me then hunt around for another hotel for the next night.
Sorry enterprise hotel you need to splash out on the rooms, then you will have a cracking little hotel, good location and great food.

Room Tip: Rooms in other hotels are cleaner
