Delicious! Crispy pancake, shaking beef, spring rolls, Aubergine, tamarind ribs and sizzling seafood vegetable platter are all amazing! Highly recommend

Visiting London from Los Angeles and we're in the mood for some Vietnamese foods. This restaurant popped up in the TripAdvisor. Reviews are good, it's close by to the hotel we're staying in so here we are.

The good side:

We ordered the prawn and pork summer rolls for appetizer and it was amazing. Even better than the ones in LA! LA is known for great foods by the way.

Fiancé for the beef stew with jasmine rice. I didn't try it but he said it was pretty good.

Service was great from the moment we walked in till the very end.

The bad side:

Why I took away 1 star is because for the portion of the chicken pho I ordered. It was almost like kids meal so I obviously didn't feel like I had a good meal afterwards which was a disappointment. Don't order any pho if you're more on the starving side. The rice plates portion looks decent.

We'll probably come back again sometime during our trip, but no more pho from this place.

Packed tiny friendly restaurant with delicious food & lovely staff. Great atmosphere, although noisy - but mostly students & well-behaved. Fantastic fresh cheap food.

Having just returned from a holiday in Vietnam, we thought we'd do a rapid scout to see if we would have any luck getting anything like some decent Vietnamese food here in London. What a result. We rapidly found out that you can! A very big menu from which we picked dishes to share liberally. There was not a dish that we didn't consume with gusto. Very authentic flavours and we all loved it. I did read a couple of comments on the service. I have to say it was mixed when you compare it to European style service but you know actually, when you look at Vietnamese service it's all rapid delivery of freshly cooked dishes. We did get that and nine times out of ten, we also got the traditional Vietnamese smile! As a side note, one of our friends is gluten and lactose intolerant and she was able to order from the main menu without any fear at all, except for a milk shake, which they substituted soya milk for in any case. So if you have intolerances, Viet food is the way forward. Would we return? In a heartbeat.

Our favourite food in the world to date
It's always encouraging when you walk in and the customers are predominantly vietnamese
We weren't disappointed when we were warmly invited to take a seat
I went for the rare beef noodle soup (Bo Tai) whilst my wife went for the Beef Pho
We had fresh spring rolls (pork and prawn) to start.
Amazing from start to finish!
£24 all in
Washed down with imported vietnamese beer at £3.50 a bottle - bargain all round
Fantastic
Nice not to go and form a queue in Shoreditch for great food at a great prove
One if the best vietnamese we've had!
