Having just returned from a holiday in Vietnam, we thought we'd do a rapid scout to see if we would have any luck getting anything like some decent Vietnamese food here in London. What a result. We rapidly found out that you can! A very big menu from which we picked dishes to share liberally. There was not a dish that we didn't consume with gusto. Very authentic flavours and we all loved it. I did read a couple of comments on the service. I have to say it was mixed when you compare it to European style service but you know actually, when you look at Vietnamese service it's all rapid delivery of freshly cooked dishes. We did get that and nine times out of ten, we also got the traditional Vietnamese smile! As a side note, one of our friends is gluten and lactose intolerant and she was able to order from the main menu without any fear at all, except for a milk shake, which they substituted soya milk for in any case. So if you have intolerances, Viet food is the way forward. Would we return? In a heartbeat.
