We were 6 people who stayed for 3 nights. The rooms were clean, ok beds in standard size rooms. The breakfast was small in sample and not very interesting. The people at the reception were helpful and service minded. The location was ok. Apprx. 10-15 min walk to Oxford street.

Dear Sabeltann,

Thank you very much for your response.

You comments are very useful. We have recently reviewed our breakfast standards to include more menu items and from Monday to Friday there are cooked to order items, however you comments are very valueable and I will be sure to pass them on to the appropriate team members

I realise that all holiday inn hotels aren't synonymous with luxury but the room i stayed in seemed worn out and not well maintained. The location however made up for this, then again room rates here reflect that

Dear JKalmoni,

I appreciate your candid feedback.

We continually invest into the hotel to maintain an up to date and fresh appearance, this is something which is an ongoing project for our maintenance team; however your comments are very a valuable insight as to where we should be putting our efforts into.

Thank you very much for your review.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days because it was close to where we were having business meetings. The service was mediocre, they had trouble finding our reservations and the front entrance was undergoing renovations. My room was small with dated and used up furniture. Very expensive for the quality of the rooms. Otherwise great location.

Dear Dan3456,

Thank you very much for your response.

I am very concerned to hear that the service you received was Mediocre. This is one area which we have been focusing on and in particular ‘Doing what it takes to make sure our guests leave happy’.

If you would like to contact me separately please do so and I will investigate the issue of your check in experience.

Thank you for you feedback however, this is always very helpful to feedback to the team and reflect on how we could improve our service to you.

Kind regards

Hit a busy couple of nights and so no upgrade was compensated with some extra points. Priority club frills other than points are pretty much non-existent, no welcome drinks or room packs. Austerity appears to be hitting the group, but room rates do not seem to be going anywhere but up, especially London and haven't even got to the Olympics yet! Need to get some of the frills back for regular customers, or they may become less regular or absent altogether.
Rooms getting a bit tired which appears to make life hard for the domestic staff!

Room Tip: Still trying to find out...

Dear zcwm,

Thank you for your review.

It is unfortunate to read that your stay did not meet expectations.

The hotel has a great location and does fill often, however by no means do we cut back on the frills. In fact, one of our focus areas this year is to recognise each one of our Priority Club members on check in, we try to achieve this by recognising their membership status and giving bonus items on check in or an upgrade to an executive room if available.

Priority Club members are one of our most important guests and I do appreciate your feedback, if there is anything you would like to discuss further please do not hesitate to contact me on the email below.

Kind regards

I love this hotel and everything about it!!! Its in a great location with bars and restaurants minuets away. Oxford street really near! Two tube stations (Great Portland Street & Regent's Park) basically right on your door step. If you go in the summer and have time pick up a few picnic goodies and make your way to Regents Park! A great place to spend the day. Also if you have time visit the London Zoo located in the park!
The staff are very friendly and helpful which some people may not worry about but it's always something I look for!
I stayed here a couple of times and will be returning in the near future! I love staying in IHG branded hotels and think this is one of the best i've stayed in.
Thank you HI London - Regent's Park!

Dear amanda_1990_12,

It is a pleasure to read your fantastic review.

The location is fantastic and by the sounds of it you had a great time around London. Regent’s Park, which is only minute’s walk of the hotel, is a great way to spend the day especially in this great weather we have had lately.

Our staff will be very proud to hear that they are described as very friendly and helpful.

I do hope to see you around the hotel in the future.

Kind regards
