Well worth a visit. All the staff from the start to the end were very pleasant and helpful.
The walk was awesome with our guide always there to help out, encourage and take photos. Nothing was rushed on the walk giving time for you to look around at the London skyline. Well worth a visit.

Thank Ken H

Fortunately, I got to experience this on a Hot and clear day in may. You are given a safety briefing prior to ascending to the top and then embark on a climb, using your self harness to slide along the rope - a bit of a challenge for some and requires some sort of basic fitness. The view from the top was great and you can see a 360 view of London from the O2 - particularly good for watching a plane take off or land from City airport. It probably helps if you have a knowledgeable and enthusiastic tour guide - we were lucky in that sense as our tour guide Rory ticked both boxes.

Overall a unique experience which offers an exclusive view of London. Informative and low-key. Good weather a must!

Thank you for the review,

I'm glad you had fun, Rory is a wonderful guide as are all the team. Weather is a factor that doesn't stop us and we climb in the rain, happy to say that photos of smiles are shared be it in rain snow or sun, please do feel free to add your's to our instagram #upattheo2

Our guide Matt was outstanding! We have a 16 yo son and a 10 year old daughter and they both loved it. Our 10 yo was amazing, she was probably to youngest to do the climb, as she just turned 10 last month and she is tiny for her age, and she did great, with Matt's help on the decend, as that was pretty scary for her and Matt helped her the whole way! Loved the top, seeing the sights, even though it was rainy and cold, it was still an awesome activity! Highly recommend it to everyone who is able bodied, as it is not easy, but worth the effort. Thanks to the great staff, two thumbs up!!

We booked this tour as part of a weekend sight seeing trip to London. The staff are really great and from the safety briefing to the obligatory gift shop at the end we had a fantastic time.
This is basically a walk over The O2 arena itself. A certain amount of fitness is required but not excessive. Kids aged 9 and over the height limit can do it. The ascent has some steep parts to contend with but you can go at your own pace.
You are strapped on at all times and I felt really safe.
The tour goes on in all weathers. We had good weather but I wouldn’t be too happy to be doing it in the rain!
I recommend gloves are used. They provide shoes and either a gillet or climbing suit. You can take a phone or camera for photos at the top but all your other belongings are stored securely in a very well organised manner.
We weren’t expecting too much - but the tour surpassed our expectations. £30 is a fair price for what it is. The whole thing takes around 90 minutes.
There are plenty of other things going on in the arena and nearby so you could easily spend the day here. Good rail service on the Jubilee line.

Good food. Lots of dishes. Freshly cooked. Live cooking station. Good price. Ice cream station was closed. There was no fresh fruit. But still worth it. Only side effect is very noisy. Can’t have quiet dinner. Still enjoyed.
