We had the omakase. The seafood is fresh and good quality. Preparation of the sushi and sashimi is meticulous and really is an art. Favourites are the mackerel, fatty tuna nigiri (looks like otoro), and the fatty tuna hand roll. The rice used in the sushi is amazing. I could eat a big bowl of the rice just on it's own. Owner is really friendly and give good advice about the food and drinks. Love the sake as well. All in all a very good experience. Don't let the booking process deter you. If you are flexible with dates and can persevere with the calls to the booking line, you'll have a great meal and experience.
Caution: other sushi and sashimi may not live up to your standards once you try a good edomae sushi.
