Packed out on Bank Holiday Sunday eve despite their card machine being out of action and thus cash only. The servers were struggling a bit - we waited quite a while before ordering, but the sweet waitress was very apologetic. Tom Yum was sour but very lacking in heat so I wondered if the curries were going to be likewise. I need not have worried, as the red beef curry was fantastic. Packed with flavour, loads of lean, tender beef and the heat was perfect. Very decent portion. Next tine I'll go up the wine list, as the house white was a bit rough but at £15 we had no complaints. We had 3 starters (I was being very greedy) 2 mains and the bottle of wine and it came to £55, which has to be a bargain in anyone's money.
It's not fine dining, and the menu is concise, but we'll definitely be back here soon. Terrific value.
