Cheval Three Quays is great for a special weekend stay. The views from the river-side rooms are fantastic. The location is excellent for the river, restaurants, The Tower and the Circle/District Lines via the Tower Hill station. The rooms are very well appointed and comfortable.

We have stayed at this hotel in the beginning of January 2018 for a long weekend.
We had a beautiful view of river Thames, spacious bedroom, brand new kitchen, complimentary breakfast set (milk, toast, jams, cereals). Staff was very helpful with taking care of our belongings when we checked in and they stored our bags on the day of check out. The location was convenient for my husband to access easy and fast to his office in the City. It does take some time to get to Mayfair or Chelsea. I would definitely recommend this place if you are planning to spend most of your time closer to the East side of London.

Room Tip: Ask for the riverside view on higher floor

My wife and I have just returned from a one week stay in a wonderful apartment with great views over the Tower of London, Tower Bridge, the Shard - and everything in between. The surrounding area is pedestrian only so very quiet. The whole place is very slick and the apartment extremely well equipped, beautifully furnished and serviced every day. Within a few minutes walk you have all of the restaurants and cafes in St Katherine's Dock, just over the Bridge the new Ivy at Tower Bridge, Gaucho's, etc, and next the the apartments a great patisserie called Paul's.One week is just not long enough to try them all. Last but not least, all of the front desk people are charming and helpful. Can't wait to return!

Room Tip: Pay the extra for a river view

I am really impressed by this hotel which provided excellent, luxury accommodation in such a iconic spot in London. It has The Tower on one side, the river boat quay on another side and views of the riverside and the Shard at the front (not from our room though). Our 2 bedroom (plus kitchen, sitting room, immense hallway, 2 bathroom) apartment was a delight. We had 2 small balconies and a really well equipped space (kitchen, speakers, bathrobes, slippers, rooms serviced everyday etc) and I could happily move in. We had a complimentary breakfast hamper as part of our deal which was great. Mostly all organic - eggs, salmon, cheese, croissants, cereal, orange juice, etc etc). It was a feast. The staff were really friendly and helpful too.
What’s not to like? My main complaint is lack of recycling ( plastic, paper, card) because in 2018 it really hurts to put this in the rubbish bin ( I was almost tempted to take our rubbish home with us). Three Quays please try better on this point. The price here is high but I’d love to return one day.

Dear Tanzey,

First of all I would like to thank you for the time you dedicated to share your experience at Cheval Three Quays with us.

It was an absolute delight going through your kind comments about the apartments, their location and the welcome hamper included in your package. In regards to the recycling facilities, we just implemented the structure internally and along 2018 the project it will move on to the apartments.

We look forward to seeing you again in the future.
