Very close to the tube station and easy to find. We arrived at around noon and were able to check in straight away. Check in was very swift and efficient as were the staff that worked on reception. The room was very modern and spacious. We will definately return to this hotel whenever we are next in London. Cannot comment on the breakfast as we did not have this. It is a few minutes walk to The Tower of London & Tower Bridge. Wish we had booked another night in this fabulous hotel!!!!

Its very well located & has good service, staff were courteous & helpful. I was little disappointed by the size of the room seemed cramped, certainly not what I was used to, may be thats standard for London. Their Restaurant serves good food.

Excellent location, very close to Tower underground. Room was excellent. Didnt have breakfast. We get a complementary upgrade when we arrive. Room was excellent. We stayed 3 nights. Would stay again and hope to stay in other Apex Hotels.

One of the London's best! Close to tube, rooms clean and modern. Breakfast was one of the best I had on B&B in London. And for me - the most important thing; quality of sleep was superb. Being a light sleeper this is where London hotels make it or break it. This is the first one I'd gladly go back to, and I've been to many in the past 5 years!

I had always stayed near the Westminster Bridge, or in the West End, but from now on I'll stay at the Apex City of London when I'm in London. Only a few hundred meters from the Tower Hill tube station, I was always accessible to wherever I wanted to go. Nice staff too...

Not the most fun neighborhood if you're here on leisure, pretty far and many changes on the subway if you want to go to oxford street for example but if you're here in business it's the perfect hotel. Great breakfast with a small downside, we had to order the bacon and egg and it took the quite some time to prepare it and the restaurant wasn't even half full. Rooms are great, nice bathroom, comfortable bed, couldn't open the window.

Stayed 27 April - 1 May 2012. Nice quite and clean hotel, a few minutes away from the Tower of London which is worth a visit. The tube station is just around the corner. The concierge suggested that I take the local bus around London instead of the more expensive hop on hop off bus, which was a good idea, unless you want commentary. If you stay over the weekend there is limited places that were open to eat, which is why I ate at the hotel in the restaurant and the bar, the food was nice in both areas. Would stay here again. As per other comment one lift was not working for 1 day.
