Three of us shared this flat for our 9 day stay in London. The flat itself was very cosy and nice, however, the beds were very uncomfortable and the sofa appeared to be very old with no support at all. When you sat on it, the cushions were all lumpy and lacked any foundation so you would just sink into it. There were 6 burnt out light bulbs and one was around a vanity mirror which made it difficult to put make-up on. The biggest disappointment however, was the management company. When we called about problems with the light bulbs and the kitchen cabinet fronts falling off, the woman in charge was very combative and kept insisting all the lights were working when we arrived. It definitely put a damper on our overall enjoyment of the trip as there were emails going back and forth between us and for the last several days of our stay. We spent over $3,000 for this rental and feel that the owner should invest in new beds and a new sofa before renting out this home again. They could easily replace the sofa for around $500 and it would improve the comfort level dramatically. We would only recommend this flat if the beds and sofa were replaced with new items.
