We stayed here for 3 nights to take our 5 year old grandaughter on her very first trip to London. We had asked for a quiet room and as far as was possible for the location our request was accommodated.
The room was of reasonable standard overlooking the car park to the rear of the hotel.
We were given fresh soft bouncey towels every day.
Breakfast was a combination of continental (grapefruit segments, cereals, pastries, cheese and yogurts) and cooked bacon OR sausage (on alternate days), beans and scrambled egg, toast, juice, tea, coffee etc. Not sure about service times for Sunday though as the notice in the lift seemed to imply breakfast was served until 11am on weekends but as we were finishing (around 10:25) the waitress seemed to be clearing the food away.
Car parking is free for residents but spaces is limited - we just managed to get a space.
Fairly easy to find from the M1 but it was quite a walk to the underground so after our first walk we ended catching the bus to and from the tube. Direct bus to Victoria (number 82) via Marble Arch but it takes about an hour.More
