The other reviews do not lie when they raved about this little gem of a restaurant. It's tucked away just off the busy roads around Vauxhall station. The sushi was fantastic and the service was wonderful. It's owned and run by an Italian couple that obviously love their business and their customers. We even had a go at playing a 70's Tomy ball game! Very fun!
Superb pop art surrounds the walls.
A perfect change from consistent, characterless and placid vibe/quality of chain restaurants.

Better value and quality than sushi samba. Best sushi we've ever had. Try the prawn tempura especially. The owner was the loveliest man, so friendly and made our experience so much better. Plan on coming back for every special occasion

Wonderful service, it is clear the manager/owner wants you to enjoy your visit.
We ordered salmon nigiri, tuna nigiri and soft shell crab sushi roll.

The quality of the fish was good however, it was badly cut and the sushi rice was warm.

It seems the music in the restaurant is to the liking of the manager but only manages to create the atmosphere of a karaoke bar at 4 am.

Overpriced and disappointing. If the quality of the sushi was better, I would understand the great reviews.

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave feedback. I’m very happy that you've found our service wonderful, but so disappointed that you did find our sushi below your expectations. As confirmed by the food awards we won and the many 5 stars reviews, our top quality ingredients are simply the best on the market, we are one of the very few restaurant in London to serve rare and delicious dishes with soft shell crab, blue fin tuna, Scottish salmon, Japanese eel etc. and for sure the cheapest in London for that quality. A clear proof of the quality is that he rice was warm for the soft shell crab tempura, because is freshly made at the moment and doesn't sit in a fridge for the whole day, like with our competitors. Regarding the music we are blessed to have many singers, deejays and actors as our lovely customers and advisors, and we try with the art, the vintage games, the decorations and the music to recreate an happy experience, and our usual customers love that, but if this is not your mood we are happy to accomodate any request, just ask! If you don't like music, just ask for a quiet table and will be our pleasure to accommodate you. Now is nice and warm outside, so we have 16 outdoor seats without music or live singers, just the silence and peace some customer like you is looking for. We work always hard to give all our customers the best possible experience and, if we fail to do that, we are always very open to feedback. It is helpful if we receive this at the time of the meal so that we can address your concerns immediately, but we are sorry, once again, that we did not meet your expectations on this occasion. Best wishes, Leandro

If you want an unusual sushi place to visit, then this is the place to go. We visited during the week and it was quiet due to the time, but this didn't stop it being a great night, with the host singing every song throughout the night it was entertaining. The food, wow, I can not fault the food, but because you could end up ordering more then you can eat. It was delicious, I love sushi and have eaten in many places. The food was fresh, tasty and well presented. We will definitely be going again. I must try. Use your taste card for a better deal.

Visited this evening. Food excellent nicely presented and tasty. Fab pop art with quirky touches throughout even in the toilets. Staff very attentive. I just wish that I could handle the chopsticks better.
