Description: Brompton Food Market is a top quality garden cafe, deli, greengrocer and off licence in the heart of South Kensington. We serve fantastic salads, sandwiches, toasties, cheese and charcuterie boards and weekly specials as well as craft beers and wine by the glass and bottle. We have a stunning covered garden with heaters and blankets for the cold weather. We're just a minute's walk from South Kensington Tube and 2 minutes from The Natural History Museum, Science Museum and V&A.

This is just a great place to wander from shop to shop ,getting samples and enjoying the multicultural experience. Just about any kind of edible anything seemed to be available and all the vendors were helpful and pleasant. Considering the crowds it was amazingly clean as well . Wish we had another day in London to go back with an appetite. Maybe next trip

We should have known things would go wrong when we asked if there was Wifi and were told no (fair enough, although wifi does help our 3yo sit still through a meal) and then sneeringly told that we'd survive the lack of wifi. There is really no need to comment on your customers' reliance on wifi, simply letting people know you don't have it is sufficient.

The fruit smoothies were fantastic and one of us ordered a sandwich which was good but the rest of the food disappointed. The menu advertised home made spinach and ricotta tortellini but they did not taste or look home made and we saw a waiter carrying branded plastic boxes of tortellini to the kitchen. The Italian vegetable stew was completely overwhelmed by the low quality ready made tomato sauce it was drowning in and the sausage roll was disappointing.

A hidden gem amongst a bustling area. The kind of place people coo over as soon as they enter and instantly take a photo. Food was beautiful and coffee spot on. Lovely.

As a tourist you'd walk straight past it as it's a small place, but I'm glad we didn't. Great place, good food and friendly service. If you're in the neighborhood, try it!
