We were staying for a long weekend in London, Shoreditch was a great neighborhood to be in, with a great atmosphere and lots of fun places to go and see. The room was small, but that was ok, all the amenities were there, shower was fine etc. However, the A/C really does not work properly, it works for about 20 minutes (and then its supposed to be 18 degrees... but it most certainly is not colder than 25 degree, which we thought was waaaayyy to warm to sleep). The staff was super friendly and tried to fix the issue, but i think its the settings that are the problem and technically it did 'work'. Eventually they helped us by giving us a fan, which was great, so they really tried to do everything to help us there. Again, the room and service are great, but the temperature was tropical :)

We've previously stayed at the Z-hotel Victoria and so knew what to expect.
We booked a room with no window as this is what we had last time and thought it was cosy, however on check in reception offered us an upgrade to a room with a window as this was our second time in a Z-hotel and we became z-hotel members.

The room was great, really modern and had everything we needed - the window was a real bonus!

We of course overindulged in the free cheese and wine 5-8, how can you not, a perfect added extra and a reason why we love these hotels so much.

The staff as ever were friendly, helpful and attentive.

When we visit London in the future we will only stay in Z-hotels, such great value for money and the staff are always a delight.

Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable.

Stayed here once whilst away for a work conference, the rooms are tiny! But perfect if you literally need a bed and bathroom for the night, luckily I was staying alone, I’m not sure how a two person room feels! What makes this a great find is the complimentary cheese and wine.. yep completely complimentary! No hidden catches or charges at the end! I only wish there was two of us, would be a perfect pre dinner nibble! I’d book again if only for that!

Great price in good location in Shoreditch. "Interior" rooms are actually in the basement of the building and the soundproofing is mediocre at best. Very compact. Decent stay. A/C and heat did not always work as expected and although room was clean upon arrival, room was not upkept in between my nights there (no fresh towels and no fresh coffee/tea in the room between nights).

The design of the hotel and bedroom were excellent- easy to operate and comfortable. The overall experience was let down by poorly organised and delvered service at breakfast: missing crockery, cutlery and foodstuffs. It needs a memeber of stafff to concetratet exclusively on ensureing customers have what they need and clearing used tables. C'mon guys this is not difficult.
