Pretty basic, but was fine for one night. Room basic, but clean. Suited our needs, as we wanted to be fairly close to the theatre district. Not too far from the train station. Breakfast very basic. Well priced, you get what you pay for. Staff were friendly.

Room Tip: no lift, so if stairs are a problem, as for ground floor!

Glad I stayed here just one night !
My photos should be sufficiently self-explanatory and cannot lie...

Some more hints:
1) 100% advance payment, otherwise they don't even show you the room!
2) the breakfast is poor, no tablecloth, in a very small room with a few tables (had to wait 20 mins before sitting)
3) no bar/drinks/water at night

We arrived a little early and our room was ready for us. We are a family of 4 and the extra bed was already set up in the room. The staff was friendly and the hotel suited our needs just fine. Breakfast is nothing special--no yogurt or fresh fruit but there is cereal, bread, and jam. We love the location. There are lots of shops and restaurants around and the Goodge Street Underground Station is very nearby. If you're looking for fancy this isn't your place, but for the money it's a good deal. (Note--we were there in July and the room had no AC and was pretty warm and stuffy at night. Also, the window had to be propped up with a shoe! A ceiling fan would have been nice.)

First the good news the staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable and the staff stored our luggage for the day. That's all of the good news. The shared shower was not pleasant, there was mould and dirt between tiles and on the ceiling. The shower had no pressure so the only way to shower was from the hip down. The shower was either burning hot or ice cold. Toilet had no soap to wash hands. The room was basic and very hot. The "continental" breakfast consisted of a small bread roll a croissant and pain au chocolat. The money I paid was for location and nothing else. If I had time I would had made a complaint and asked for some type of refund. Please please look at this review and then look to another "hotel".

we arrived at the hotel half an hour early so didnt expect our room to be ready so they asked us to come back they kept our bags for us and said to come at 3 instead of 2 we got back about 3.30 and someone gave us our key went up and our room was not ready i asked for it to be done as we were going out and would not be back and he said no when i complained and asked for some money back he then found us a room that was ready which they could of done in the first place. other than that the hotel was very clean and they did a lovely continental breakfast and i would recomend it for a short stay it was about 15 minutes walk from the west end.

Room Tip: we had one on the front and it was really hot and had to have the windows open and there was a lot of noise from the road so ask for one at the back.
