It was a great location, staff were friendly and great value. This was the first time I was staying in a hotel after COVID-19, very impressed and felt safe with Jury's Inn. The breakfast was a snack bag delivered to outside our room over night with a hot roll collected from reception.

It is in a very useful central location. There is very welcome on site free parking, spaces are a little tight but that's quite normal and not a problem.
The reception area was welcoming and the receptionist most helpful. The room was fine for the purpose but would be a little small if there for 3-4 days perhaps. It was well appointed and in this weather the aircon was good (but too noisy to sleep with).
It's hard to comment on food as C19 has affected hotels badly. The choice was very limited but was OK. Beer was very expensive. Overall, pleasant, nice staff, does the job well.

Stayed here for one night as part of a coach holiday package, dinner was lovely and plenty of space, our room was clean and everything we needed was there. There was a lot of noise outside from people coming and going which went on til 3am. Breakfast was a disgusting frozen meal, dish of wet cereal, still frozen croissant, bag mouldy grapes and bottle orange juice, no explanation was given for this offering instead of a fresh breakfast.Everyone on the coach enjoyed a hearty meal at the next stop, shame on the hotel for thinking because we were a coach party they could fob us off with rubbish

With regards to your comments regarding breakfast, we are operating under guidelines to help stop the spread of COVID-19 therefore our usual buffet style breakfast can not be offered at the moment.

We did inform the tour company in advance as to the breakfast arrangements, i apologise if this was not communicated to you.

Visited at the weekend on a scheduled coach trip tour of Yorkshire. Congratulations to Liam and the team for their attention and fantastic service from the reception, bar and restaurant. Under difficult circumstances they've got the hotel open. Well done we enjoyed our stay and you were able to provide my mum with suitable food for her allergy when others have failed on a full service.
