Excellent stay in the garden house, two nights peacful clean and breakfast was good, ample free parking, walking distance to town, staff helpful, have stayed before and would return again if visiting norwich i would not hesitate to recomend .

Lovely hotel very closely located to Norwich city centre. Staff were very professional and friendly. Room (executive double) was very well appointed. A fan was provided (understandably there is no ac) which was myycch appreciated. The shower caddy for personal effects was a nice touch.

The Hotel was lovely in a really good location. The Staff were exceedingly friendly, helpful and welcoming.
I ate in the restaurant as was late in and so glad I did as the food was amazing. So glad I did as would have missed a great meal and was very good value for money too.

The welcome was friendly and little touches such as umbrellas for guests were very welcome as we had a lot of rain on our touring holiday. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable with storage space for clothes. However, we weren't keen on the steep narrow and winding staircase up to our room! Tricky as although we were only staying two nights, it was part of a tour so we had two big suitcases. The water pressure in the bathroom was very low at some points.

Sorry to hear you struggled with the stairs up to your room, due to our buildings being Georgian and Grade II listed we do have a few steep stairs and winding corridors. We would have been more than happy to offer you an alternative room had we known.

Nice hotel, very clean and the staff are very friendly and professional.
The only problem I found was that the sign at the roadside advertising the location, is woefully small, I passed it twice before I saw it!!
Other than that, very nice place to stay and I highly reccomend it.
Lots of off road parking.
