Nice location and staff. Comfortable, clean and quiet. Only concern is car parking - car park is shared with a restaurant and there are too few spaces. As usual disabled bays are also filled by vans with no blue badges - very inconsiderate drivers!!

Broken window wouldn’t lock noise was bad above us and room wasn’t that clean I had to go over it
I didn’t have the breakfast box as they are quite expensive but opposite is Popeyes and it’s amazing food
