I am sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction regarding early check in. Early check in is available from 9:00am and is subject to availability, however, you came to the hotel around 6:00am and demanded to be checked in. As we were fully booked the night before, there were no available clean rooms this early in the morning.
We recorded your contact number and our supportive team rang you once a room was made available, shortly after 9:00am.
After you reserved your room, you were asked if you would like to do online check in by email, which you did and on our website you requested that your card was pre-authorised prior to your stay, to cover all your expenses. The total unused amount remaining has been released back following your check out.
I apologise for any shortage of service you experienced.
