Clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast buffet well organised and many thanks for directing me to the gluten free bread. Gluten free cornflakes also available so HIE is getting the message. Finally big thanks to receptionist who found my friend a plaster!

We stayed for 3 nights and coudnt fault the hotel so friendly and welcoming the ladies on reception Kira,Milly and Jodi went the extra mile for me and my wife seeing we are both disabled they sorted a larger room for us. The hotel was very clean and comfortable a Super breakfast and nice evening restaurant although the Harvester pub/restaurant is only 100 meters across the car park if.

Very surprised Good value for money friendly staff easy to park your car clean and tidy rooms with tea and coffee provided. The breakfast was good and well catered for gluten free options. Would definitely stay again in a holiday inn again in the future

Massive thanks to Millie who was on reception on Saturday 10th August! I had completely forgotten to print an event ticket and she very kindly let me email it, printed it and even went the extra mile and laminated it for me all while having a nice chat about my stay! An asset to the hotel - thanks Millie!!

I have to say, after spending the last 3 days in this hotel, I’ll be glad to finally be gone.
The first issue I encountered was the state/smell in my room, which reeked of smoke and sewage. I found 3 disposable needles unattended in the toilet, which could of been a nightmare if my child had gotten to it first.
Despite my complaints, the staff refused to move me and my daughter until the second day.
Additionally, there was a terrible smell by the breakfast bar. I was awoken at night by noises, and I know it was either a squirrels or rats. Which makes me believe that smell is either of the two inside the property/ decaying in the sun. Both animals were seen in the back car park near the bins, going in and out all night
