Room temperature control device is useless and ridiculously loud. Light bulbs in bathroom need replacing,. WiFi doesn’t work and food next door is shocking. On a positive note the parking is ok. I now need to continue typing until 200 characters so the hall ways smell of body odour the shower isn’t great and the tv has limited stations. I wouldn’t mention this but I was asked for more information
This Premiere inn is in need of a revamp, poor parking, the room thermostat was not working, bathroom was not cleaned and room not cleaned over the two nights stayed, no wonder this PI was the only one available at short notice

It is disappointing to hear that the thermostat in the room wasn't working and that the bathroom didn't appear to have been cleaned prior to your arrival. We do hope you were able to speak to a member of the team regarding this.
Due to COVID-19 we are limiting the possibly interaction before guests and housekeeping, therefore servicing during your stay will not take place unless you have requested this with the reception team.

If you like a lumpy pillows and a sagging mattress, a window that would not close, burnt toast, inedible porridge, a flickering light and bulb out in the bathroom, a television that could not display most of the channels, the ony disabled parking space being used by a workmans van, large gaps in the pavement across the courtyard from the bedroom to the dining area that one can trip over then this is the place for you.

We're so sorry to hear that you found your pillows and mattress to be uncomfortable as well as other issues within the room this certainly isn't the experience we want for any of our guests to have. We can assure you that we will be passing on your feedback to the hotel management team to make sure that the mattresses and pillows are up to the standards we expect for guests going forward as well as the rooms features are all working correctly.
We're also sorry to hear that you had issues with your toast and porridge at breakfast as well a the parking and and the pavement between areas of the hotel, we will also be raising these concerns to the hotel management to make sure these are improved in the future.

Layla (receptionist) was extremely helpful with an issue I had with my booking.
Also the waitress that served us breakfast was so welcoming & friendly, we looked forward to seeing her the following morning.
Bed was a bit too hard for my liking.
The accommodation nwas exactly what you'd expect from Premier Inn and this they do very well. However, the restaurant/pub was chaotic at best.
It is only when staff came to collect our order did we find out all of the options which were out of stock (quite a few). The restaurant was busy on Saturday evening with lots of people in and out of the garden area: quite a few didn't bother wearing masks and there was no one policing this. Several of the staff also didn't wear masks including the guy who appeared to be the manager!
There were several options from the menu not available and you only find this out when the waitress comes to collect your order - very disappointing.
The accommodation was exactly what you'd expect from Premier Inn: good value, comfortable and does what it says on the tin. The food offering, however, needs drastic improvement.
