Stopped by today for Coffee, waffles and Scones. Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and plenty of open space for social distancing, inside and out. Nice and relaxing, very pleasant. Would highly recommend as they have a great menu that’s full of tasty food both vegetarian and vegan. Large selection of cakes and treats !! Cannot fault them at all. If you are travelling anywhere near Roade then book up or have a takeaway ? You won’t be disappointed.

Room amazing, food amazing, walking distance to two pubs, walks around the area and easy commute to Northampton. Much better than chain hotels as not near traffic and they treated you as a guest not a number. Staff fab too thank you !
I opted to book here mid week as it is midway between our two company offices. I made plans to see friends in the area in the evening so didn’t use the local amenities, however this hotel is very well appointed. It’s comfortable with spacious rooms in a quiet area of the country whilst remaining close to the M1 & A43. I felt at home immediately. Really comfortable bed and therefore a great nights sleep!
Check in and check out were simple and straightforward and the room had some little complimentary treats along with the usual tea and coffee provision.

I was so pleased when this opened in the village. I nice coffee shop to hold business meetings. So firstly the good things, good range of food, including light meals. Free Wi-Fi and friendly staff. The trouble is the food is just not consistent and the stock availability is free hit and miss. The cakes are lovely and nice big portions (not good for the waist line). The village needs a coffee shop and this place has lots of potential. Worth a visit.
