“fantastic views”
Review of Kinder Scout

Kinder Scout
Reviewed January 10, 2012

this walk can be done by people of all fitness ranges the climb to the plateau is a little steep but well worth it for the magnificent views once at the top. on a clear day you can spot the trafford center and much more the natural rugged beauty of the peak district is breath taking and if you descend via edale cross then the view of edale valley is worth the climb just by itself all this for free a good day out for every body.

I grew up looking at Kinder every day so I may be a little biased.. views are fantastic .perfect for walkers of all standards.. lots of pubs with good food in Hayfield.. Castleton and Edale not to far away.. brilliant location for hikers..
