Didn't actually stay here (too old to use dorms!) but the lady at the Oxford train station suggested I go there as they had a left luggage store there and Oxford station doesn't. it's only a couple of minutes walk from the station. They have an intercom door so you just ring that say you want to store luggage and in you go. The down side is two big flights of stairs before you get to reception I didn't need help taking my case up but not sure if anyone could be available to help if you couldn't manage. Anyway pretty reasonable rate, £4 per bag for all day, I think he said up to 11pm at night but you might need to check that. Free Wifi and toilets and drinks and snacks available in the common area. Very handy if you want to wander around Oxford for the day without your bags.

Arriving at the hostel my impression wasn't that bad, though I was disappointed by the lack of power sockets and storage space in their 10-bed dorm room. There is also minimal ventilation in the room.

In the morning we had a terrible experience. We were told the reception opened at 8:00, same time from which breakfast would be served. We were a large group which had to check out as we had an appointment at 9:00 elsewhere. The receptionist only arrived at 8:30, and breakfast wasn't served until 15 minutes later.

We stayed for 2 nights in an 8 bed mixed dorm.
The hostel staff takes care, that it is quiet in the corridors at nighttime, which I found quite comfortable after four almost sleepless nights in London.
The toilets and showers were clean, the common room was a bit messy. The hostel is located close to the station and easy to find for travellers.
In my opinion it was just a bit to expensive.

Not the best hostel I have visited (dorms are quite clean and the bathooms too), but it is smelly and dark. Plus the breakfast was awful - just bread, butter, jam and some cereals. I do not like sweet breakfast so no thank you!

The breakfast is nothing to average, besides being poorly laid out. The common area in spite of being wide, it needs a painting, although it is in the tables. Cleaning can be much greater. The rooms should have some rather thick pillows and above all watch the volume of people coming in and out of the rooms. My companions were drunken British teenagers who did not have the least regard for rest.
You should inform yourself when making the reservation that you need to bring some cash (pounds) because you should not go to the cashier. For an overnight stay, fine. Nothing more.

(-) La wifi va bien. La zona común es amplia. No hace frío en las habitaciones. El agua de las duchas está muy bien de temperatura. El personal es muy agradable y te facilitan todo lo posible.
The wifi is good. The common area is spacious. It is not cold in the rooms. The water in the showers is very good in temperature. The staff is very nice and they make everything possible.
