I rated for two nights, considering the standards of other Hilton hotels, the towels were not changed, the bed wasn't made for me, the bed really squeeked everytime you moved even slightly. The pool facilities were a little grubby and the sauna was out of use. I couldnt dault he reception and breakfast staff, they were very polite and pleasnt but All in all a little disappointing facilities for a hilton

Booked the Hilton as sadly there wasn't a better quality hotel near Kelham Island - first and last time! Checked in to a really dated Deluxe room with worn furniture and a bathroom with filler where there were holes before - surely a lick of paint is not too much to ask. Went to the bar before venturing out only to find that my request for cocktails, that were on the menu, could not be made as the staff had no idea how to make 2 of the 3 cocktails on the menu. Left and returned later to book a treatment in the spa - of course they were about to close and could not accommodate us at 4:30, in the afternoon! Reception were none the wiser and could not tell me what time the spa actually closed Really!!!!!! I was also told not to take the spa menu away as it was the only one they had...... I encourage the GM to respond - would love to hear the excuse. Also, really annoyed with Expedia for endorsing this really poor hotel.

Brilliant staff .. great location.. comfortable room... bar prices way more than they need to be. However, lovely ... had a lovely day celebrating and would recommend .... we all had a great time and couldn't really ask for more.. the service was fantastic.

Room not available until 18:30 despite arriving at 17:30.
Online Hilton app wouldn't allow check in/ room allocation.
Room location next to service lift
Waste pipes situated next to room
No sleep!!!!
Room tired and in need of upgrade.
Only 1 person on check in.

Great parking (£6.00 for all day) & 5 minutes walk to Ponds Ford

Shame breakfast doesn't start until 07:00 on a Saturday so had to rush to get to warm-up in time.

Rooms not clean & hotel looking tired & showing it's age.

I am pleased to see that you found the hotel in a good location for Ponds Forge Swimming and room service can be ordered if you do require an earlier breakfast.

I am sorry that you found the bedroom unclean and your feedback has been sent to the Head Housekeeper.
