This is the second year that we have brought a small group to Brook's Guesthouse and, if you have ever stayed here, you will know why.
The location – a five-to-ten minute flat walk to the Roman Baths etc – is excellent; the staff are keen and courteous; the rooms are comfortable, clean and well-appointed; the breakfast is wonderful, the coffee is excellent; and the hard-working breakfast staff deserve a special mention.
I would like to stay at the Royal Crescent Hotel one day, but until I can happily waste more than £300-a-night B&B, I will choose Brooks Guesthouse very time.
This was a group booking, lead by Timothy Ray, a director of Adderley Travel Limited, operators of small group garden and other special interest tours, throughout the UK, for overseas visitors to Britain.

An amazing find - perhaps best described as a hybrid Guest House / Boutique hotel - wonderfully situated (all visitor attractions easily reached on foot), cosy, spotlessly clean, terrific breakfasts and staff who really go the extra mile to help - 1st class in every way.
Check in early enough and they'll even supply a car parking permit for a small fee - a real bonus given parking can be an issue in the city.
Looking forward to visiting again.

Room Tip: Room 10 (The family room) works well for a couple with two children. Has a decent ensuite with WC and shower and the DVD player was a plus for the kids!

We stayed only one night, in a spacious twin room, but wished we could have stayed longer. The guesthouse is relatively central, within easy walking distance of a large public car park. The staff are really friendly and helpful, and the building itself is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The room was spotlessly clean, quiet (we couldn't hear any other guests) and the breakfast was delicious. We'd like to visit Bath again, and would definitely stay in the same place.

Great welcome, lovely room and friendly staff. Fantastic location and individually styled rooms. Would definitely recommend it as a place to stay if you visit Bath.
