Ticks all the boxes of your standard b and b and is only a ten minute (very lovely) walk from the centre of Bath. The house Jane Austen lived in on Sydney street is on your route to town and you are right across the way from the Sydney gardens and Holburne Museum.

Lovely old Victorian house run by Pat who has been looking after guests for over forty years. The room was wonderful with everything that you could need. The rest of the house and the garden was really beautiful. Breakfast was excellent as was the rest of Pat's staff who come in to help her out. Can't recommend this place enough. We'd definitely stay there again

Stayed here for 2 nights for a girly weekend and were blessed with lovely weather which made the walk into Bath very pleasant. It took a bit longer than expected, roughly 20 mins but should it rain, I'd recommend a taxi! The breakfast was very substantial and very relaxed in a lovely conservatory overlooking the garden. Our bedroom , the twin room had everything you would need with lovely shower gel etc but we did have a peek in the next room which was gorgeous with a beautiful 4 poster bed! Everything was very clean and Pat, the host was very friendly and accommodating with no restrictions on what time you had to be in by! Thanks for a lovely weekend!

We stayed two nights over the weekend and in the upstairs four poster, The four poster room downstairs is just as nice but just has a shower. Pat is a great host and made our stay all the better. We recommend the ghost walk if you want to do something different, We will be returning to Greenways as it is an ideal base. Parking is no problem as you get a permit on arrival. Breakfast is very good and relaxing. No road noise as you are tucked away enough to give you all the peace and quiet you would like.

Thanks Pat for a great break.

Pats is an incredible host with an incredible home.
Made to feel most welcome as soon as we arrived.
Her home is immaculate and packed with wonderful character features.
We stayed as a family with single occupancy of the entire house to celebrate my brothers 50th birthday.
5 minutes from the rugby ground and city centre.
Beautiful rooms (our four poster room was stunning and oh so comfortable!) exclusive use of the lounge, we could come and go as we pleased, breakfast was great and Pats offered a vegetarian for those that requested it.
A perfectly located guest house for those wishing to explore Bath and have a character, period property to return to at the end of the day.
I couldn't sing her praises highly enough!
Thank you Pats!

Pat kindly greeted us as we arrived in Bath and showed us around her very beautiful house. The rooms were immaculate and Pat had already unfolded a map to show us all the sites around the area. The road was nice and quite and 5 mins walk from the centre. We visited the Horniman museum next door which has a great Impressionists exhibition and Pat told us of great restaurants to go to. We ended up going to Tilly's Bistro, which was fantastic and the food was excellent.
Breakfast back at the B&B next morning was perfect – tea, coffee, fresh fruits, cereals & granolas and cooked breakfast of smoked salmon and scrambled eggs.
Thanks Pat! We will visit again. :)
