“So convenient!”
Reviewed December 16, 2013 for a stay in December 2013

Had a lovely weekend stay at the Belvedere Villas apartment so that we could visit the Bath Christmas Market.
It was lovely - everything we needed and so convenient for the town, and the market.
Our only issue was initially finding a spot to park, but once we did the car stayed put for the whole weekend!
Would certainly recommend.

“Superb”

We stayed here for a long weekend and fell in love with the place. The owners Ros and Austen provided a welcome hamper and Austen met us and showed us around. The apartment had all the mod cons. It was superb, cosy and cool at the same time - the garden was a real bonus too (when the weather let us get out there!).

Great location, I'd recommend to anyone and wouldn't think twice about returning.

“Perfect bolt-hole in the centre of Bath.”

From the moment we booked our stay at Belvedere Villas Apartment I knew we'd made the right decision. The owners, Austen and Ros, were very friendly and helpful, and quick to respond to emails and phone calls.

When we arrived Austen showed us around and presented us with a bottle of bubbly and chocolates - a lovely touch. He'd also bought some milk, and the flat was well stocked with tea and basic cooking ingredients (sugar, salt and pepper, oil etc).

The flat is gorgeous, beautifully presented and very spacious for two. It was warm and cosy, spotlessly clean and quiet given it's central location. The kitchen was well equipped with all mod cons (the oven very fast to heat up!) and plenty of cooking utensils and plates/mugs/glasses etc. All the furniture was of a high quality. The garden was beautifully maintained too, and would be a lovely bonus if the weather's nice! The walk is only short to town (3-5 minutes depending how fast you walk!) and it's a quick walk to the famous Royal Crescent and Circus and lots of nice pubs and eateries, so it's a perfect location. There were lots of helpful brochures and information on things to do in Bath. The wifi worked perfectly too, which was helpful for us Twitter addicts!

My only gripe - and this for me would take it from a 'very good' to an 'excellent' - was the hot water supply. Austen warned us it was low pressure (and helpfully showed us how to use the hot water tank), and it was; showering took me an age with long hair - and washing up took a while too. Happily that was the only annoying thing, if it was changed it'd make it completely perfect.

Bath is the perfect city for a little escape, and this flat is the best place to do it. We loved every minute of our stay and didn't want to leave.

“Little Gem right in the heart of Bath”
Reviewed June 23, 2013 for a stay in June 2013

Wow!! What a fantastic little place. Absolutely gorgeous layout and felt really homely. Austen and Ros, the owners, made sure all our needs were catered for, even going to the extent of providing a guest bed so that our children could stay! Less than 2 minutes walk and you are in the centre of Bath. We are already looking at booking up to come back again in a couple of months!

“A beautiful apartment in the heart of one of the UK's most stunning cities”
Reviewed January 7, 2013 for a stay in November 2012

I stayed at Belvedere Villas during my week's stay in Bath. As soon as I arrived I was so impressed with the look and feel of the flat - very modern and clean, with lovely little touches that add real character to the place. I found milk and fresh coffee in the fridge, and the kitchen was well equipped for any cooking I wanted to do. It was quiet at night despite the central location, and Bath's boutiques, shops and cultural spots were all within just a few minutes walk. Ros and Austen, the owners, couldn't do enough to help me with any queries I had and they literally thought of everything when it came to filling the flat with modern comforts including the essential wifi I needed for my work. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone and will definitely stay again. Thank you so much guys! :-)
