“Cosy and stylish city centre apartment”
Reviewed 1 December 2014 for a stay in November 2014

Really lovely apartment which has been finished to a high standard. Great location, a 5 minute walk to the city centre shops. As with any city centre it can be hard to find a parking space, however we did stay around the time of the Xmas markets, so it was very busy. Owners are really helpful and accommodating. Would recommend staying at this apartment. :)

“A delightful treat!”
Reviewed 29 October 2014 for a stay in May 2014

My partner and I spent a long weekend in this charming garden apartment, right in the centre of town. It was a beautiful May weekend and the city was bustling with tourists, but we left the bustle behind us when we stepped across the threshold. It was as quiet and private in the flat as anyone could wish for a romantic weekend away.

The decor of the place is modern with traditional touches. A rough stone hallway leads past the amply sized bedroom and bath, to a sleek and well appointed kitchen. At the back of the property there's a charming lounge, featuring French doors leading to a beautifully manicured garden. For all its central location, not a sound of the city did we hear the entire weekend. It really did feel we were away from it all.

Owners, Ros and Austin Windsor, made us feel most welcome upon arrival, and their local knowledge really enhanced our weekend stay. Everything in the flat was just first rate. The bath towels were thick and thirsty, the top quality bed linen was luxuriously soft, and the complimentary coffee and chocolate were just a few of the many delightful touches that made our weekend extra special.

Loved the place. Highly recommended. Cannot wait to return.

Liked best: Loved the location, close to everything yet totally private.
Liked least: Coming from town the hill that takes you back to the flat is quite steep. I swear, it got longer each time we walked it!

“Fantastic place if ideal location”
Reviewed 14 October 2014 for a stay in October 2014

From booking to departure we could not be more satisfied. My wife and I visited Bath for a weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
The apartment was clean and tidy & we felt imediatly comfortable. The hamper was an unexpected treat and helped us feel special, not just another guest in an impersonal hotel.
Facilities were excellent and its location is central (but there was no noise pollution). We were able to stroll between the historic city and the apartment comfortably.
Thanks to our housts who ,whilst available, gave us to privacy to enjoy ourselves.
We hope to return soon.

“A chic home from home in a great location”
Reviewed 19 August 2014 for a stay in August 2014

From booking the apartment, to picking up keys and offering advice for our stay, owners Ros and Austen were unfailingly helpful and quick to respond to queries. The apartment itself is cosy and stylish, and the garden is a charming little oasis from the general buzz and hustle of Bath. It is just a short stroll into town and all that Bath has to offer, but if you want to stay in then the kitchen is very well equipped plus, with TV/freeview and wifi, you can switch on or off as you choose! I would say this is a perfect place to stay if visiting for business or pleasure, and offering maximum flexibility over a soulless tourist hotel. The owners will even provide a parking permit for your stay, so ditch the car when you arrive. If you are considering staying here, just go ahead and book. With Ros and Austen on hand you won't regret your decision.

Just got back from a weekend in Bath. We have been many times as a couple and this was the first time we took the kids. They loved it - especially having our apartment to come back to. The owners have thought of everything and the addition of our own good Wifi and a Parking permit was a real added bonus. Having a garden made such a difference - plus it backs onto a lovely park (Grade II listed - where else do you get a park listed but Bath!). The owners provided airbeds for the kids and there was plenty of room for all of us as the apartment is so big. Lovely gift of chocolates and Prosecco and we were able to drop off our bags and earlier and stay later than planned - so much more accomodating than a faceless agency. Thanks Austen and Ros, we will be back!
