Very nice and clean, was just on the out skirts of the lovely town of Litchfield, just off the m6 toll road, very convenient for travellers. The hotel was very clean and the staff were excellent, very friendly and very helpful, we were going to a wedding on a converted farm, the staff explained where it was, and the best way to get there and back, how much to expect to pay for taxis, and they booked them for us. The room was lovely, nice big comfy bed, I slept incredibly well. The breakfast is included which was cereal, toast, jams etc, bacon sausage, beans and scrambled eggs, different sweet muffins fruit and there was a hot drinks machine that you could get drinks from at anytime day or night and was not the usual drink machine, these were nice. Overall a very nice hotel. Outside the hotel there was a McDonald, Franky and Bennie so if you arrive there is some where to get food. Even though there around you would never know, it was so quiet.

Room Tip: I was on the ground floor facing the road but I never heard anything with the window closed and I was there for 2 nights.

Great place to stay, very nice and friendly staff. Clean go size room and breakfast included for a reasonable price. Eateries in the same complex are beyond terrible so not recommended for food at all

What can i say. its a recognised brand that delivers evertime. Clean, reasonably priced, comfortable and well situated for onward travel.
Never feels that busy even though the car park is full. Food is good and not too expensive.

Booked a room for 4, and was clear on the booking we needed a cot for an infant. Got to our room where there is not enough room for a cot and the sofa bed, the girl brought up some blankets and said they should have given us a bigger room, but they had none left. Spoke to the manager who did try and be helpful, but admitted that for safety reasons they should not allow a cot and the sofa bed in this room (pointing out that there is a hair dryer dangling over the cot....), but to help us out they are allowing it! So the hotel gets it wrong, and risks our children's safety to 'help us out'.

Terrible service. Room is not safe, as per the manager. Went to put the infant in the travel cot (too late to go anywhere else), and found a peanut sitting there. Could be fatal for some.

No air conditioning which I find strange.

Avoid if you have a family.

The hotel is very accessible and rooms are smart, comfortable and clean. On arrival we were initially given the wrong room but this was sorted out. On Day 1 the breakfast was limited but adequate, although there were annoying details like the sausages being labelled 'Cumberland' when they clearly weren't. However, on Day 2 there was no cooked food for all the time I was able to spend in the restaurant and no fresh fruit and for part of that time, no milk. Apparently a delivery hadn't arrived at 6am but by 9am surely someone could have popped to the supermarket? Staff didn't seem much bothered.

Room Tip: second floor looked out across fields.
